We wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and Matt for your dedication, professionalism and hard work during the construction of our pool. We had several estimates from other local pool companies and after talking with the other companies, we weren’t even sure we would be able to have a pool in our yard because of the septic reserves and the surrounding forest conservation areas. But, you said it could be done and took the lead in helping us make it happen and we thank you for that. Because of you we have a very happy 6 year old who can’t wait to swim in ‘his’ pool!

You said once we had permits in hand, the process would take about 2 weeks and it did! Two weeks from the day the hole was dug we had a beautiful, fully operational pool in our yard. You kept us informed through the entire process and were always willing to answer our questions. And since we have never owned a pool before, we had and will continue to have plenty of questions for you. It was nice to know that you, as the owner, were on-site each and every day and doing the work yourself.

We wanted to take the opportunity to truly thank you as well as Norco Pools, your company and employees for their exceptional dedication and hard work during the construction of our pool.

We had built a pool many years ago when we lived in our first home so just beginning the process of looking to build our second pool made us apprehensive. We remembered the headaches we encountered during that process when we acted as the general contractor to arrange all the various stages of work with the numerous subcontractors such as electrical, concrete, etc.

From our first meeting with you when we began looking for a contractor to build our swimming pool you were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. You answered all our questions, gave us plenty of information to review, accommodated our request to see a pool you installed and met with us on more than one occasion. You were very informative about the various systems and you even helped us with deciding on what type of chlorination and heating systems would best suit our needs. Our little dogs even got to know you and became friendly due to your numerous meetings with us.

After signing the contract you continued to keep us informed throughout the entire process leading up to and during construction. It was wonderful to have you responsible for all phases of the construction from start to finish. During construction you were there everyday before we even left for work, you thoroughly explained each step and the job site was cleaned, neat and tidy every evening when you left. It is a rarity in today’s industry that you find a company so dedicated to service excellence.

The pool and surrounding decking is absolutely beautiful and even more fantastic than we imagined. We know we will have many years of enjoyment from our Norco Pool and look forward to our continued relationship with you and your company in the future. I am not sure where to start, the entire process of dealing with your company has been such a pleasure. But first, I have to tell you THANKS SO MUCH for such a fabulous end product, you have transformed my backyard into my dream oasis, and I attribute it to your advice and honesty. I told Bruce that I feel like I’m at our timeshare every time I step out into our screened in patio.

My experience with your company started when I called to make an appointment to receive an estimate. You were prompt, professional, and honest from the start. I asked if this was a turn-key operation, and it truly was. You were faced with a week of storms, that produced more than 7 inches of rain, which saturated the ground to say the least, but your daily stops by the house to check on the situation, and the soil condition made me rest easy. It was Memorial Day weekend, and I’ll never forget that because I thought no one works on a holiday weekend if they don’t have to, but you were there to complete the job. I am so pleased with my pool, I show everyone the beautiful product you delivered. I also would like to add that since the delivery of my pool you have been extremely helpful when I call you with questions, and that means a lot to a customer to have a relationship that doesn’t end once you take possession.

This note is to let you know how happy my family and I are with the job you did installing a Sunset Beach model pool at our house. This was part of a major rehabilitation project on the property, which has involved six different contractors and five months of work. Through that time, only one company kept to its schedule: Norco. Only one company came in on budget: Norco. Only one company showed up each and every day as scheduled, worked full days, and completed exactly what it said it would on those days: Norco.

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the pool you installed in my back yard. I know that this was not a normal job for you and being so tight on space I almost cannot believe that you were able to get this in here! I have been waiting almost 30 years for a pool in this back yard and now you and your crew have made it possible! I can’t tell you how happy I am with the pool and the very professional job you and your crew did to make this happen.

You were wonderful and very patient with me in learning the system and what to do when as far as cleaning, vacuuming and such in order to keep the pool in excellent water clarity and safe. I have found this process easy to do and am very glad we went with fiberglass! I have neighbors that have a cement pool and they are always throwing chemicals of some kind in it, but the salt system you helped us select is Fantastic! I went the entire summer and only put in about 5 cups of salt. I love the fact this system seems cheaper to run and is not harmful to your swimsuits or skin. This pool is even fine for the skin of my dogs, which is not the case with chlorine.

We felt you and your men were honest and did a wonderful job on the pool so we asked for you to replace our driveway this past fall. We are so pleased with the work and it looks wonderful, several people have stopped to look at it and find out who did such a beautiful job! We are still waiting on the generator but the electrician said the pad your company did was perfect.

I would not hesitate to put in another pool with your company or to recommend you and your company to anyone. You were super to deal with and the crew you have did a Superb Job!

Mike and I just wanted to drop you and your crew a note of thanks! Our pool is beautiful and everything you promised it would be.

You and your crew were very professional and yet approachable when answers were needed. Having never been through a major landscaping experience we were very hesitant, but you made sure the end result was exactly as we expected.

As you know, we waited til the end of the summer to make our final decision on the new pool, so we have not had much time actuallY in the pool. I can assure you it will get a lot of use next summer and for years to come.

My family and I spent an extensive amount of time researching our options for a new pool. We were not sure whether to have a liner, concrete, or fiberglass pool installed. We had no idea whether we should use a salt water system or chlorinated system; or even which type of heating system to choose. The wide-ranging research we put into choosing which components would best suit our needs was truly exhausting.

I wish I had called Norco first! After using your services, I am positive that I would have never spent so much time and energy researching the endless concerns we had about a pool and its installation process. Dear Kenny:

I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get this letter of appreciation together, but.... if you hadn’t done such a great job, from start to finish with our pool, I wouldn’t be in the pool every day enjoying life!   It’s hard working all day and swimming all evening... but we’re suffering through it.

Seriously though, I just wanted to say how much Tommy and I appreciated all of your hard work, dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to meet our needs.   We were pleasantly surprised to have every aspect of this process, from digging the hole, setting the pool, filling the pool with water, laying and completing the cement, and putting the fence up was all under your direction.   We didn’t have to be bothered scheduling any segment of this process.   That really was such a relief!   I kept waiting for that unexpected shoe to fall, and thankfully we never ran across one glitch.

We were also excited about visiting your store in Mechanicsville on your opening day to see all of the items you keep in stock and review the process for obtaining chemicals, cleaners, filters, etc.    I was very impressed with how knowledgeable your wife is in the items you have in stock, the testing procedures, and willingness to go out of her way to answer every question we had.   Her expertise in explaining the pools and process were very impressive.

I don’t want to overlook Pete’s hard work and dedication in the successful completion of our beautiful pool.   It was so evident he is such a hard worker and perfectionist!   Our thanks and appreciation definitely go to Pete as well.

The end result is... we are so totally happy with our pool.   I know we will have years of enjoyment with family and friends.   I must say, our dogs have almost enjoyed it as much as we have!   We can’t thank each one of you enough for completing our dream, and our home.
